FINDING BALANCE RETREAT

In a time of great change, how can we find and keep our balance and help others do the same when all around us see fear and doubt?

Practices that support resilience and nurture a rich inner life help us to maintain our equilibrium despite the instability of rapid alterations in the outer landscape.

As the Medicine Wheel turns to Spring, with the focus on heart and healing, join this exquisite faculty for a weekend of reflection and creativity to support your own balancing act. Prepare to be revitalized!

Participants will experience sacred ceremony in the Native American Tradition and cross cultural wisdom teachings, and be provided with inspiration for creativity and reflection. There will be ample opportunity for solitude in nature, if desired.

YOU WILL EXPERIENCE

Although our challenges are unique to today they are not unusual in the experience of the cultural existence on this planet. This program will provide participants a multicultural experience applying the wisdom of the ages to today’s issues.

Presentations will embody aspects of holistic health and will include information, experiential learning, and opportunities for application.

You will learn:

  • To apply cross cultural methodology to problem solving.
  • Experience and discover the value of you own intuition.
  • Discover and experience five innovative cross cultural techniques/resources (including creativity, mindfulness, storytelling, etc.).
  • How to use these techniques/resources to provide yourself with firm footing when the path seems less secure.
